Probably about a year ago (or longer, not sure!), I notice tulip skirts started to made its way into the urban fashion world. Now, celebrities wear it, the IN people are wearing it, and it's also an "official" uniform in the clubbing world.
Personally, I absolutely adore tulip skirts...
It lies perfectly on your waist...
hiding your bulging belly and your hips (for those of you people who have too much "curves")
and goes with absolutely ANYTHING!
